"This is a city park campground, minmal amenities, but unexpectedly wooded and quaint nonetheless. Restrooms are old and in need of cosmetic repair, but are usually reasonably clean and adequate. This a lower-priced place from which you visit the Jersey shore attractions more so than partake in campground activities. So if you want swimming pools, rec halls, and so forth this is probably not your place. If your looking for an adequate quiet campground that has some fishing ponds, is close to shopping malls, movie theaters, a couple of golf courses, and is only ten-minutes away from the ocean beaches, it may serve you well. We camped here in a Motorhome in 2003. " |
